My Intel SSD 750 800G can't be detected by the system days ago. And I submitted a ticket for replacement.
The support team contacted me to proceed the replacement. He mentioned that the Warranty Team would contact me in "24" hours BUT I haven't received any response for 5 days.
Can someone please take a look and let me know what's going on?
