Knowing the processor and targeted Windows version is enough. I have attached the oldest version of the Intel Management Engine software package that I have that supports Windows 10, with hopes that it still contains support for the 5 Series chipsets. Give this a try...

Hope this helps,

The device that is initially identified as being a PCI Simple Communication Controller is actually the Intel Management Engine Interface. This is a hardware interface implemented in the Platform Controller Hub (PCH) that allows software running on the main processor to communicate with firmware subsystems running on the Intel Management Engine.
