I'm scratching my head over this one. Any suggestions are welcome.
I have a single Windows Server 2012 R2 VM using SCSI and a fixed disk within a Hyper-V host. The VHDX is the only VM on the P3700 storage. Performance benchmarks using Atto are very low compared to the advertised specifications for this drive.
Am I missing something? Does the P3700 need to be formatted using a non-standard block size? Thanks for looking!

This is the 800gb model. The read / write speed at the 4k size test is 15mb per second. Compare this to the 590mb read / 144 write that this benchmark produced:

Can you clarify if I need to reformat the drive using the 8k block size since this is a Windows Server operating system? That is what the screenshot seems to indicate. Or is it that I just need to run the test at 8k sector size even though NTFS is formatted at 4k?
