Hi.

I just changed my PC and I wanted to install the SSD Toolbox in order to run the TRIM on My X25-M 80Go as I did why my older PC.

But at the end of the installation I get an error message saying the instllation can't end with the error code 0xc0000005.

I tried to find what this error is but the only thing I found was about a RAM problem.

But it succeded the memtest86+ so I think it's not the reason.

I have no more idea.

I'm still using Windows XP SP3 and it used to work before I made format c:.

My firmware version is 02HD

Sorry for my english, I'm french.

Thank you for your help.

You get a BSoD with error code 0xc0000005 during the install of the SSD Toolbox?

Is your motherboard BIOS, OS, and storage driver up-to-date?

Does Event Viewer give you anymore details on the error?

Hi !

I dont get a BSOD, it's only an error box with this error code.

My BIOS, OS and SSD firmware are all up to date.

Here is what I get in the event viewer :

I can't see any more information.
