Removal of Toolbox doesn't let computer boot up.

My intel SSD 750 has gone bad after a year and a half. I purchase a Samsung 850 Pro (1 TB, and price was great).

When I try to remove the Toolbox software, my computer will no longer boot up. I can't even access the keyboard to start it up in safemode. Screen stays black. Why does removing the toolbox cause this? How can I remove the toolbox and this not happen?

Thanks in advance.

Agava,

The removal of this software would not cause this situation to happen to your computer.

What are the exact error messages that you are receiving upon booting?

How did you remove the Intel SSD Toolbox? Did you use the built-in uninstaller or a third-party application?

Best regards,
