SSD 330 series 180GB non reconnu...

Bonjour,

Merci.

Hello John76,

Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.

Please take into consideration that our support is provided in English only, and we are machine-translating your message, meaning that we may lose the true meaning of the question.

As we understand, you need assistance with an error related to your Intel® SSD 330 Series. If we infer correctly, please review the following information:

Due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Bonjour,

You are wasting your breath. The folks that need to hear this message are not present here.

This is the standard answer that you are going to get here. Once something hits EOL (for most things, that means ~6 years old), Intel Customer Support does not provide support for it; they simply do not have the heads necessary to support these and the (many) non-EOL products. If you really want to send a message to Intel, you should send it to the Intel CEO; he's the one that ultimately controls the purse strings. While you're at it, complain about the fact that the BIOS and drivers for the EOLed products have all been yanked and folks are forced to go to third party sites to find them.

I will get down off my soapbox now...
