SSD 530 2.5'' 120GB SATA3 is not detected half of the time

Basically every day I get write errors during work. After shutting down and going to BIOS I see that SSD is not detected properly (see photo). The name is empty and if I go into that entry, all info is incorrect there. Then I restart again, and the drive is detected correctly and may even work without problems for a whole day. But the next day everything repeats.

OS: Ubuntu 14.01.1

Should I return the SSD using warranty? Or is there a way to solve this problem?

I would recommend you checking the SATA cable is not loose when connected to the SSD. Make sure the SSD is connected to a Intel® Chipset SATA port.

Testing another SATA cable may do the trick.

I changed the cable, changed the port from SATA6 to SATA2, will see how it goes, thanks.
