Hello MSelw, Thank you for your reply. As we understand your drive is not being recognized by your BIOS. Please take into consideration that the process of converting a partition from legacy to GPT should not affect the way that your BIOS detects your hardware and we advise you to try to connect your SSD to another PC, this in order to discard any hardware detection issue from your motherboard. In case that your drive is not detected by the BIOS on either computer, we will appreciate if you can provide us with your product markings (part number and serial number) to check the warranty status and to start the warranty process. We will be looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Josh B. Intel® Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

Hello @MSelw ,

Please download and install Intel Solid State Drive Toolbox: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28447/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox?product=86825 . Using this application you will be able to check the healthiness of your SSD and update SSD firmware as well.

thanks for the fast reply

now after installing the tool and running optimization the SSD is awake for longer time

however, i found out an error after running diagnostic in Read Scan and it tells me to ask for assistance

According to the Toolbox indication, is the SSD firmware updated? If not, my suggestion is to update firmware to the latest version, using  Intel Solid State Drive Toolbox.

Hello MSelw, Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory & Storage Support. As we understand you need assistance with your Intel® SSD 535 Series, if we inferred correctly please provide us with the following information: • The SSU logs. 1- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- and download the software. 2- When finished downloading it, open it. 3- Attach the file obtained to your reply. • A screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows showing all your HDDs and partitions (this to have a better view on how your SSD is detected by the OS) • The SMART details .CSV file (SMART logs) from your Intel® SSD 535 Series. In the “IntelSolidStateDriveToolboxUserGuide.pdf” (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/memory-and-storage/IntelSolidStateDriveToo...) section 3.2 you can find the instructions on how to get this file. We will be looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Josh B. Intel® Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
