Second SSD

I just purchased my second Intel X25-M SATA Solid State Drive, and would like a quick confirmation before I proceed. All I intend on using this drive for is storage, is it necessary to copy over the OS (Windows 7 64-bit), or is it really just a simple plug-and-play? I do not wish to setup a RAID or anything like that, I just literally ran out of space on my primary SSD, and purchased one identical to it for storage purposes. I have read several tutorials and FAQs, I just want to make sure I'm not about to mess anything up.

Yup. just plug it in and format it ... it is like a second hard drive.
