Unable to find product by ISN

Hello,

Just bought an Intel Series 535 240Gb SSD.

Tried to check warranty info trying both the S/N on the box and the ISN on the actual drive, but neither comes up with any results in the Warranty Check site?

It basically tells me that it can't find any product.

What's going on here?

The Intel® SSD 535 Series has a five-year http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/solid-state-drives/consumer-ssds/000006069.html limited warranty.

In most cases, you should be able to check the warranty coverage in the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/warranty-center.html Intel® Warranty Center using the ISN printed on the drive, or the S/N printed in the box. However, if the online tool is not able to provide this information, you can always http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support and engage Intel Customer Support to confirm the warranty status of your SSD.
