If you're using Windows*, please download and install our latest Intel® SSD Toolbox. You should be able to update your firmware using this tool.

Hello Dave.English,

Do you have any different model NUCs, or non-NUC systems capable of supporting the 600p Series that you could use to try and run the Firmware Update Tool in as a workaround?

If not, please switch your BIOS to Legacy Mode and disable http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000006699.html Fast Boot, then try to run the Firmware Update Tool again.

If neither of these options work, please let us know.

Best regards,

Carlos A.

Hello Dave.English,

We have received similar reports in other OEM platforms. We understand your issue, but were hoping you were able to run the tool on another computer so that it may be used to update the firmware on your drives.

Since this is not possible, we'll need to reach out to our additional resources in order to find alternate troubleshooting steps, please keep monitoring this thread.

Best regards,
