Hello chunglh86,

Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.

As we understand, you are requesting information related to your Intel® SSD 535 Series. If we inferred correctly, we would appreciate it if you can provide us with the following information:

1- Would you mind elaborating more on your request and let us know what you referred to when you claimed that “I don't create RMA for warranty” phrase.

2-We would like to know if you are experiencing an issue with these drives? If you do, would you mind providing us with more information about it?

3-We need you to provide us with the system details by extracting the SSU logs and the replication steps to try to determine the root cause.

The SSU logs.

A- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ (for Windows*) and to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/ (for Linux) download the software.

B- When you finish downloading it, open it.

C- Attach the file generated by the tool in your reply.

4- We would like to know how many Intel® SSD 535 Series you have in total and how many of those are presenting this behavior.

We are going to follow up with you again next Thursday, the 17th of December 2020, if we do not receive an answer from you. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a different date for the follow-up.

We will be looking forward to your reply.

Best regards.

Hello chunglh86,

Thank you for your reply.

To continue with the troubleshooting and to try to determine the cause of your SSDs behavior, we would like to know the following:

1- Are you connecting the drives directly to the motherboard, or are you using an adapter?

2- If you are using an adapter, we would appreciate it if you connect your SSD to the SATA port on your motherboard and to try to extract the following logs by using the Intel® Memory and Storage Tool:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29337/Intel-Memory-and-Storage-Tool-CLI-Command-Line-Inter...

-1. SMART attributes: intelmas show -smart -intelssd “SSD_index”.

-2. The SSD information using show -all command from Intel MAS CLI: intelmas show -all -intelssd “SSD_index”.

Replace the “SSD_index” with the actual index number of your SSD. A complete User Guide is available below.

User Guide:

https://downloadmirror.intel.com/30059/eng/Intel_Memory_And_Storage_Tool_CLI_User%20Guide-Public-342...

3- Please provide us with your system configuration since the SSU did not include this information.

We will follow up with you again next Monday, the 21st of December 2020, if we do not receive an answer from you. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a different date for the follow-up.

We will be looking forward to your reply in case you need further assistance.
