error code 19 when updating firmware on S2500 (tool box 3.3.4)

I can't update firmware on S2500.

I tried toolbox 3.3.3 and 3.3.4

The actual firmware is RG20.

There is 2 SSD S2500 in RAID1.

Booth drives show a fast degradation at 83% (within 1 year and low usage 1.7Tb)

Same issue with both drives.

As a follow up, now the drives are at 73% wear out, and one drive just fail.

All the S2500 that I sold, show a premature wear out %.

I guess that they will fail soon like the 320 series.

Hello mailto:luc@informalg.ca luc@informalg.ca,

It seems the drives keep dropping the wear out level, this basically goes directly with the workload you put on the drive; however, this is dropping fast. We suggest you to contact our support department in the following https://customercare.intel.com/?lang=en-US link, they will further assist you with this situation.Regards,NC
