how to upgrade SSD 540s firmware on NUC5i7RYH

I have an Intel SSD 540s 240GB with firmware ver LSBG100.

I have difficulty to upgrade the firmware issdfu_2.1.6.iso on my Intel NUC5I7RYH, after USB drive bootable created and booting with it, it stuck after the linux booting and do nothing. I was try using external CDROM and the same result.

How to do correct firmware upgrade?

My NUC info:

OS : Win8.1 Pro 64 bit

RAM : 16 GB

HDD : SSD540s-240GB
