purchased ssd(520, 180GB) is out of control, need replacement.

I'm in Korea and I purchased using Employee Purchase Program.

How can I receive replacement service?

Thanks,

To get warranty support for this drive you would contact the local or nearest support area, in South Korea the phone number is (822) 767 2595. Other numbers can be found here:

http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contact/phone http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contact/phone

Asia pacific (select country in drop down menu):

http://www.intel.com/support/contact/apac/apac_contact.htm http://www.intel.com/support/contact/apac/apac_contact.htm

for a warranty replacement you are usually required to have the SSD handy to provide some numbers, and you may be asked to provide a proof of purchase.

I hope this helps.
