Hi Vonbryan, may I ask for the brand and model of your SSD, the computer model and operating system being used?

How is the drive connected to your system?

Did you try a secure erase on the drive?

and if i scan there toolbox always get Error: An error was detected reading data from the selected Intel SSD. Contact your reseller or local Intel representative for assistance.

Do you have the option to test the drive in a different system to see if the issue follows the drive?

Hello Vonbryan,

- Try using a different SATA port and cable, and check if the issue is resolved.

- If the situation persists, please attempt doing a Secure erase on the SSD.

If SSD toolbox is not be able to do this In Windows 7 or 8 due to a Security Freeze Lock, you may try one of the 3rd party tools mentioned in the following advisory:

* We advise you to check the information and documentation for each tool before downloading, and choose the one that best suits your needs.
