the field, DeviceStatus of P3520 is blank with SSD Data Center Tool

see atached - not sure if it need a firmware update or if something is wrong with the ssd.

Hi @Esteban_Intel​ , we have installed the new ssd and we are experiencing the same issue, when we are trying to do the firmware update and the healthcheck.

Could this be the motherboard, perhaps? i´ve add the manual for the motherboard.

Regarding the above process, the cmd is run as admin and there is no RAID setup. The windows version is a windows Core version (cli), could this be the issue? we also got some S4500 SSD´s that works fine with the healtcheck, but not this P3520 card.

Hello PLenl,

My apologies for the delayed answer.

Actually the information given from the motherboard was useful, it seems to be that this motherboard doesn't have NVMe support, which is a technology this drive has.

Chances are that is related to the system's behavior, not being able to do the firmware update and not being able to get the drive recognized normally.

Do you have the option to test it on another system that supports NVMe and report back?
