I have a ASUS Zenbook S16 UX5606SA. When connect EGPU Razer Core X with a RTX3080Ti, the touchpad will be disabled, wifi and bluetooth disconnected, and the graphic card is also not recognized.
All drivers/bios are up to date.
The EGPU is working fine with my old laptop msi prestige 15 a10sc running i7-10710U.

Hello @RaymondWong ,
Thank you for posting in the community. To further investigate, I have a few questions I'd like to ask. Please see them below:
- How are you connecting the eGPU to your Zenbook?
- Have you tried using a different Thunderbolt/USB-C cable or port?
- Are there any error messages or device warnings in Device Manager
- Have you reached out to ASUS for further assistance?
- Does the issue occur when the eGPU is connected before booting, or only when hot-plugged after the system is on?
- Have you installed the latest Thunderbolt drivers and firmware for your Zenbook from ASUS support?
- Does the issue persist when booting into Safe Mode or a clean boot environment?
Additionally, I want to set the right expectations regarding this matter. Since you're using an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) device, I can only provide general troubleshooting. If the issue persists after these steps, I recommend contacting Dell for further investigation.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
