My laptop Thunderbolt 4 interface speed measurement is not up to standard

I am using the Redmibook Pro 16 2024, which has an Ultra 5 125H processor and thunderbolt 4, but tested with a USB 4.0 device, I can read over 3000MB/S and write only 200MB/S，and the write speed can not meet the thunderbolt 4 standard.

Since this is an OEM (Brand) original equipment manufacturer device, please take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, customizations, custom drivers, and features that the OEM has designed and installed your system.

Please share more details about the issue so I can assist you effectively.

Was this working before or a newly integrated system?

Did you do recent changes with the system?

What is the power option mode of your system? Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings and select High performance.
