When Will the Intel Wireless and Intel Wireless AC-9462 Driver Updates Arrive? The Attraction Power of My Intel Wireless AC-9462 Wifi Card Has Been Very Weak. Intel Wireless Bluetooth Pattern Has Not Received An Update For A Long Time. When I Wait For These Two Driver Updates, It Doesn't Release The New Version When I Expect It, It Releases The New Version When I Don't Expect It.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having Bluetooth issues and you are looking for an updated driver to fix this problem.
Before I can move forward, I would like to confirm the following:
1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
2. Is the Wi-Fi working?
3. Is this a laptop or desktop computer?
4. What is the brand and model name of your laptop or motherboard (if desktop)?
5. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
6. Intel has released a Bluetooth driver on 9/12/2023 and a Wi-Fi driver on 7/28/2023. Are these drivers giving you issues?

In addition to my last post, I also recommend you check with the manufacturer of your computer for further support and instructions. You may need their customized drivers for your computer to be able to work.
