После зависания пропадают все сети

У меня такая проблема, появилась уже два месяца назад - не знаю как починить.

Уже и пробовал сбрасывать сети, перезапускать провайдер, проверил все драйвера.

**Суть проблемы: Намертво зависает ноутбук на 2-5 секунд и пропадают все сети, включая моей и больше никак не подключиться пока не перезапущу ноутбук

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Was it working fine before?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed in the computer?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Did you check with your Internet service provider to make sure the Internet is working properly?

Does the problem happen at home or work environment?

You said that the laptop hangs dead for 2-5 seconds, what do you mean by "hang dead", could you please provide a detailed description of that scenario, does it get freeze, do you still have video, are the mouse and the keyboard working during that phase or it goes completely off?
