4965agn replacement recommendation, 6300?

I've been having some issues with my 4965agn card as it is not supported in Windows 8, so I'm looking to replace it with one that is. Please correct me if I am mistaken, but the 6300 would appear to be compatible. Any thoughts on that card or other recommendations for alternatives? Thanks.

Thank you very much for your post,

On regards to your question, please note that the Intel wireless adapters are meant to be professionally installed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technicians on certified systems only.

Thank you for the list. I install all sorts of stuff for testing.

Can we please have an updated list for 8.1, it would suck to get one that is on the list for 8 only to find it had been relegated to the second division.
