You can create several profiles but you can only connect to one profile at a time since you have only one wifi card on yoru notebook.

Sorry if I was not clear before in my previous question. If I am roaming and there are different SSID's that I need to connect to and I create different Profile for t hose different SSID's, is there a way that the wireless software will automatically switch between those different profiles?

Normally it should connect to the SSID it found. You can try adjust roaming aggressiveness to see if this can be of some help

There are two different protected SSID's that I need to connect to, one which is just WEP and the other is WPA2. When creating a profile, it lets me create as many as I would like; however, it will only let me use one at a time, at least that shows up?

Yes, one profile can be connected at a time. Try check if "Auto Connect" is set to automatic, this enable auto connection to the available SSID found if you have the profile created.
