Alberto,
Thanks. Do you know if there is a similar card that supports AP as well? Thanks!

JMull20, You are very welcome.
I will verify that information to confirm if there is a similar card that supports AP as well. As soon as I get all the details I will post the answer on this thread.

JMull20, I just received an update on this matter.
If you are using a laptop, the best thing to do will be to get in contact with the manufacturer of the laptop, they should be able to provide the models of Intel® Wireless cards that are supported by the computer.
Once you get those details, you can either use the following link to compare and choose which one is the one that you prefer, or you can always let us know the models that are supported by the laptop and we will confirm if they support AP as well:

Alberto,
Hi. This is for a custom Single Board Computer. They use Windows 10. I am not sure what the best steps to take are. Thanks for your help!

JMull20, Thank you very much for letting us know those details.
In this case, since you are using a custom Single Board Computer, we cannot guarantee that any on the Intel® Wireless cards will work with your platform, we cannot guarantee that they will be fully compatible and that all the features they have will work with your system.
After doing further research we gather a list of Intel® Wireless cards that are similar, not the same, to the one that you are using, but that might not be compatible with your computer:

Are you a designer of laptops?
Is there any project that you are developing?

JMull20, I just wanted to provide another suggestion for this case.
Since you are using a custom Single Board Computer, if you have the option to find out the model of the motherboard being used, you can always get in contact directly with the manufacturer of it to gather the list of Intel® wireless cards that are fully compatible with it, then depending on the models showing in that list we will be able to verify if they support AP as well.
Any other inquiry, please let us know.

Alberto R.
