9462 connectivity problems

Since updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 when a VOSTRO computer is first booted, the bandwidth is 120 MBS, then as minutes pass the speed drops, eventually reaching 0 KBS. The Wi-Fi is still connected, and pings are in the 18ms range to Google.com.

iOS, Samsung TV, ROKU, and Android devices are not experiencing any problems.

The following steps have been taken with no changes:

Updated Dell drivers

Updated Intel drivers

Updated BIOS

Updated Dell drivers (again)

P.S.

The ethernet connection also does not work so I have to carry files to the VOSTRO.

Hello Rover57,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having issues with your Intel® Wireless-AC 9462.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

2. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

3. When did you notice the issue?

4. Did you notice the issue after a system update?

5. What is the brand and model name of the router?

6. Do you see any yellow mark at the device manager under your wireless adapter?

Best regards,
