Have you contacted Lenovo for support of THEIR laptop?
What operating system? Windows 10? What version? 1909?
WHat is the model number of your processor?

Have not contactted Lenovo, updated all drivers.
Wndows - Windows 10 Pro, I have build 1903 as I have reinstalled from scratch. I guess it will take a while until it updates again.
Processor is Intel Core i5-8250U.

Are you using the driver provided by Lenovo, or the Intel driver? You should be using the Lenovo driver.
Do you have a wireless mouse or keyboard attached to this laptop? If so, removed them.

Hello RRADN,
Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.
To better assist you, we would like to gather more information about your system configuration. Please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.
- Intel® SSU Download link
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
Also, please provide us with the following information:
- Did the Intel® Wireless Adapter come with the computer? (e.g. preinstalled)
- Were you able to get 30 Mbps before?
- Can we have the devices that get 30 Mbps? Are these devices laptops with an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 installed?

Hello RRADN,
Thank you for your response.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend that you clean install the wireless and Bluetooth drivers. Try using these steps:
Step 1: Get the latest system-specific driver from your computer manufacturer support.
Wi-Fi driver version :19.51.25.1
Bluetooth driver version 20.100.6.3
Step 2: Uninstall your Wi-Fi driver.
Windows* may have an inbox Wi-Fi driver for your wireless adapter. You can't uninstall an inbox driver (you won't see the "Delete the driver software for this device" option). Proceed to the next step if you start seeing the same version of the driver installed automatically after it’s uninstalled.
- Go to Device Manager.
- Expand the Network Adapters category.
- Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter/Bluetooth and choose to uninstall it.
- Make sure to select the option to Delete the driver software for this device.
- Restart your computer.
Step 3: Driver installation.
Locate the drivers you downloaded back in Step 1. Run as administrator, and follow the wizard to completion.
If the issue persists, try installing the latest generic drivers available for your configuration:
- Wi-Fi driver package version 21.60.2 (19.51.26.1)
- Bluetooth driver package version 21.60.0 (20.100.6.4)
