I understand that you are experiencing some problems with the update of your wireless driver. To better assist you please provide the following information:

  • Please provide the model of your computer.
  • What driver version are you trying to install?
  • How are you trying to update the driver? Are you using a tool?
  • Do you get any error message during the update process?
  • Please provide your operating system version.
