AC 9560 160MHz no longer working

Hi,

I have an ASUS Zenbook and my wireless adapter just randomly stopped working. I can't update it, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. I took it into a tech company and they said I'd have to replace the mainboard for $1,000. The laptop is only 3 years old! The Intel wireless adapter is the only issue with the laptop, which no longer connects to Bluetooth either.

Can you please help? This adapter has caused me so much grief!

Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

In order to better assist you, could you please provide more details about the issue with the wireless adapter?

Is it not connecting to any network?

Are you seeing any error message when trying to update the drivers?

What do you mean exactly when you say it is not working?

Best regards,
