AC 9560 disconnects from network when I log out.

This only happens on log out or re-boot. If I lock the screen I stay connected. Running Win10 v1903.

Intel Driver version 21.30.3.2. Also tried Microsoft driver 20.50.0.5

This is causing me a big headache.

I have been through settings in Windows and it is set to auto connect to my particular network. There are no power saving options affecting it.

This is happening on all laptops with this card.

Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.

 

Please try the following and let me know if the issue persists: 

 

1- Download the following driver.

2- Uninstalling the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth® Drivers (both) for your Intel® Wireless Adapter as shown on the following link.

3- Install the driver downloaded in step 1.

4- Make sure to have the Power Management settings as shown on the following link.

5- Finally, please set the adapter settings as shown on the Recommended Settings for 802.11ac Connectivity article.

 

Let me know if the issue persists.
