Sentinello, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

What is the model of the Router?

Is this a new computer?

When did you purchase it?

Just to confirm, the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 wireless card was purchase separately and then you install it on the computer, or was installed by a technician?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Sentinello, Thank you very much for providing that information and the SSU report.

It is important to mention that when you install the Intel® Wireless card separately, that is what we called "Wireless Integration", and the thing about that process is that there could be compatibility problems between the components being used and there is also regulatory restrictions. Additionally, the Intel® wireless drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your specific device.

For testing purposes, please try a clean installation of an older Intel® generic wireless driver version, 22.60.0.6 or 22.50.1.1, following the instructions in the links below to verify if the problem with the 5Ghz hotspot gets fixed that way:

Instructions:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless/intel-wireless-products.html

Driver:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/30542/windows-10-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html

In the next link, you will also find additional details explaining why the 5GHz hotspot might not be working as expected. Once you get the chance, please let us know the results of testing the wireless drivers above:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000029083/wireless/intel-wireless-products.html

We also advise to get in contact directly with AsRock to make sure the latest BIOS version is currently installed or to gather the instructions on how to do that:
