AX210 How to downgrade driver 23.110 to 23.100?

Can someone help me? I'm trying to downgrade from driver 23.110 to 23.100 but this message appears when I try to install driver 23.100.

Note: driver 23.110 has already been uninstalled and I made sure to check the box to uninstall the driver.

This is the error message: I want to do this because driver 23.110 is causing a lot of packet loss from time to time and this is frustrating me a lot
