AX210 and November 2020 FCC 5Ghz expansion

Will the AX210 or (AX200 or AX201) be able to utilize the expanded 5GHz band made effective for immediate indoor use by the FCC? https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-368228A1.pdf  This will increase the 160MHz channels by 50% (2 to 3) in the US, along with other channel widths.   

Can this be done by firmware/driver updates or will it only be addressed by future products?

AFAIK, the driver can load updated firmware into the module. This should mean that a package update can provide you with the updates you need for band width. Unfortunately, ICS will need to verify (@Ronny_G_Intel. can you verify this?).
