AX211 Bluetooth LE Audio Hearing Aids

Hi

I am strugling to get hearing aids working. They use bluetooth LE audio.

I just updated Windows 11 to 24H2, one of the feature is supposed to be support for hearing aids.

They pair/connect just fine, and I can see the battery level, but the hearing aids to not appear in the audio device output choice list.

Any idea? Using Intel AX211 WiFi/Bluetooth.

Hi Fred77777,

The Intel® Network Adapters are certified to support available profiles, however, the profile is managed natively by the OS and is not pre-configured on the network card. Try to contact your Operating System (OS) developer for support to enable or configure it.

Best regards,

I'm really unsatisfied with this answer.   Microsoft now allegedly has support for BTLEA yet even with the latest Intel drivers off Intel.com, Windows 11 still claims that my AX211 doesn't support support BTLEA/Hearing Devices.

I wish you guys would stop pointing fingers at each other and fix this.

I am also really curious about this? with windows 11 latest version as of 2/5/25 and the latest drivers for the ax211, windows still claims my laptop is not bluetooth LE compatible.  Is there nothing to do here besides wait for intel and microsoft to work together on this?
