Hi, Regarding the usage environment of WIFI7(BE200) wireless network card (MLO function), I only know that Win11 24H2 version is required. Are there any other hardware requirements or system kernel requirements?

Before submitting a bill, we have not finished the communication on the end, please refer to the link: About WIFI 7(BE200) wireless network card driver, so far, which version of the driver is more suitab - Intel Community, we continue to discuss this topic. Thank you.

Hi jakeny,

Thanks for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum! I appreciate you taking the time to share your concern, and I’m here to help you get to the bottom of it. To better understand the issue and provide accurate support, could you please help clarify a few things:

  • Have you tried installing Windows 11 24H2 Pro or Home edition instead of LTSC?
  • Have you attempted to install a newer driver for your Intel® BE200? The version you're using (23.20.0.4 from 2023/11/29) is quite outdated.
  • Is your BE200 a PCIe add-in card or an M.2 module?
  • Have you checked for a BIOS update for your motherboard (MSI MS-7D17)? The BIOS version you're using (1.30 from 2021) may be too old to fully support Wi-Fi 7.
  • Are you using a 320MHz channel width on the 6GHz band? Also, which specific 6GHz channels are currently configured?

Additionally, to help us better understand your system setup and provide more accurate troubleshooting, we’d appreciate it if you could share your Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs. These logs give us a detailed view of your hardware and software environment.

Here’s how to do that:

  1. Download and run the Intel® SSU application.
  2. The tool will generate a text file with your system information.
  3. You can follow this guide for step-by-step instructions: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
  4. Once done, please attach the generated file to your reply.

If you have any other questions or need help with anything else, feel free to reach out. I’ll be here to assist you.

Best regards,

Hi KentRusselP,

Thanks for your support.

1. Since reinstalling the operating system is time-consuming and requires reinstalling a lot of application software, I have not tried other versions of the operating system. Can you tell me which version of the operating system is more appropriate?

2.BE200 wireless network card is plugged into PCIe interface. Regarding the driver of wireless network card, can you recommend a more suitable driver version for MLO function?

3. According to your rich experience, what version of BIOS do you verify that the WIFI wireless network card MLO can work normally? Is it recommended that I upgrade the BIOS to the latest version and try again?

4. Since our country has not yet opened the 320MHZ of 6GHZ and only uses 160MHZ, the channel I use is 36. MLO function should be able to connect WIFI7 wireless network card to 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ frequency bands at the same time?

5.Please check the attachment "20251031.txt", the detailed log file I detected using SSU tool.

Hi jakeny,

Thanks again for answering the questions and sharing the logs—I really appreciate it. Based on what you've provided, I recommend updating both your BIOS and wireless driver to help address the issue.

Step 1: Update Your BIOS

  • Visit MSI’s official support page for your motherboard: MAG B560M MORTAR WIFI
  • Download the latest BIOS version available
  • Follow MSI’s instructions to perform the update (you can also contact them for assistance regarding BIOS update)

Step 2: Update Your Wireless Driver

After the BIOS and Wireless driver update, please do the following:

  • Run Windows Memory Diagnostic to check for memory-related issues
  • Check for any driver conflicts in Device Manager
  • Make sure your system is stable before proceeding with MLO testing

If you have any questions or run into anything during the process, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help!
