Are there ubuntu command lines to turn off 5GHz band on AX210 Wi-Fi card

Looking for command lines to enter to turn off various radio frequencies when testing for FCC emission. Example I only want to connect to the 2.4GHz radio, so need to stop the 5GHz and 6GHz transmitters from randomly trying to search out what networks are around.

Please advise if anyone knows how to do this, possibly using iwconfig ?
