They would be the best source to inform you regarding availability and support for upgrades using Intel® Wireless Adapters.
Installing or upgrading the various Intel® Wireless Adapters by end users is not supported by Intel. They can only be installed by the manufacturer or its authorized representative.
Replacing your current adapter with an unsupported one may lead to boot errors, adapter not recognized properly, abnormal behavior, among other possible issues. Installing these adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal. For more information, please review the following documents.
