Hola.
No he realizado cambios de hardware.
No he realizado cambios de software.
Portatil razer blade 15 2022
Windows 11 24H2 (Os Build 26100.3194)
Pasos realizados.
He actualizado los drivers de Razer.
He actualizado el driver BT-23.100.1-64UWD-Win10-Win11
Pero el problema persiste, podéis indicarme como solventarlo?
Muchas gracias.
Un saludo.

Hello thealmighty78,
Please proceed with the following steps below:
1) Since the wireless adapter is not showing inside OS (not detected by the device manager as well as by our tool, Intel SSU), please make sure to:
- Enable Wireless adapter in BIOS
- Set BIOS settings to defaults
2) Make sure that there are no pending Windows updates.
3) Get the latest drivers from your system manufacturer's driver download page. I strongly suggest contacting your system manufacturer support team, to get help with the latest OEM driver along with the installation process.
4) Reset network settings using Windows 11 Settings.
- Open the Settings window (press Windows key + I). Once opened, click on the “Network & Internet” > “Advanced network settings” > “Network reset” option. On this page, press the “Reset now” button. Press the “Yes” button when prompted for confirmation.
- As soon as you confirm, Windows will schedule a shutdown and restart in five minutes. A restart is required to change network settings to their defaults. Press the “Close” button. Use the five minutes to save your work and close all open applications.
- Windows will restart as scheduled and once that is done, all your network settings are back to their default settings. i.e., reset.
5) If all steps mentioned above still fails to fix the issue, you may want to reconsider re-installing your operating system. I suggest contacting your OS support team for the proper guidance with reinstallation.
6) Contact the system manufacturer to check the hardware aspect of the system and to get further assistance
I hope these helps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

5) If all steps mentioned above still fails to fix the issue, you may want to reconsider re-installing your operating system. I suggest contacting your OS support team for the proper guidance with reinstallation.
A: Whit all my respect, i do not consider to restore a OS is a solution, this issue it was detected with .dmp file, however, after previous step does not work, i restore the lapto, but issue remains.
I am very dissapointed Intel was not able to provide a valid solution when netwav10.sys its a intel driver.
6) Contact the system manufacturer to check the hardware aspect of the system and to get further assistance.
I return razer laptop to seller, there problem now.
Please, feel free to close this post as unsolved.
Thanks in advanced.
Best regards.
Jorge.
