Can't Find the bluetooth tab in the device manager.
I've reinstalled the system just in 09/04/20 but the problem still occurred.

Have you installed the Bluetooth Driver for your AC9260? If not, please download it and install.

Well, I'm sure I have uninstalled and the installed the driver for several times and it doesn't work. The bluetooth branch is totally offlined.
BTW these are found in hidden devices, but I didin't remove the chip from my board. The 2.4G & 5G wlan functions.

The Bluetooth uses the same radio and antenna as the 2.4 GHz WiFi uses. So, if the 2.4GHz WiFi works, the adapter is correctly installed. Pleas open Update & Security (in Windows settings). Click on Troubleshoot and then on Bluetooth (in R.H. panel). Run the troubleshooter.

Yes, it strange, taking into consideration that both WiFi radios in you WiFi adapter working. You should exclude hardware problem in your AC9260 adapter. In addition, you should verify in motherboard manual that the M.2 connector where you have installed this WiFi adapter has the required interface: System Interface TypeWi-Fi(PCIe), BT(USB).
