Data reordering issue - what driver versions are affected?

Would the 6300 drivers provided by Microsoft in Windows 8 (version 14.2.1.3) be affected by the data reordering issue, or does it only apply to the 15.0 software and drivers provided by Intel?

The data reordering issue mentioned in the article below is present in Intel® drivers. We are not aware of, or have any knowledge of such issue being present in Microsoft* drivers. For such question I would recommend checking with Microsoft*.
