Dual Band AC 3165 - poor speed only on this laptop

I have a host of devices connected wireless that run download speeds between 65-100 mbps. However, this laptop cannot break beyond 21. I've made sure all updates were appropriately made and followed a few only trouble shooters to look for items bogging this pc down or device manager/network adapter modifications. Nothing is working. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Nathann4: We will further assist you with this scenario.

Please follow the steps below about to try to fix slow speed issues on your wireless connection:

-Please read the information showing on the following link and enable Unscheduled Automatic Power Save Delivery (uAPSD) on Wireless Advanced Settings:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html

-Make sure that the other Wireless Advanced Settings are set to the recommended values.

-Install the latest driver for your wireless card, I looked for the drivers on Dell's web site but the model that the SSU is reporting: Inspiron 15-7568, is not showing:

-We can always try to install the Intel generic driver version 20.80.0:
