Hello alexminder,

We understand you are experiencing issues with your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.

In order to better assist you, we would like to have some more information. Please keep in mind that for Linux/Unix* operating systems, your main source of support will be your distributions online forums.

1. What Operating System are you using?

2. What is the brand and model of your wireless router?

3. Did this adapter come preinstalled in your computer, or was it an upgrade part?

4. What is the brand and model of your computer (or motherboard, if it's a custom build)?

5. Do this hang issues only occur with one particular network, or any?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,

Carlos A.
