Hi,
I recently bought a HP Laptop from Refurbed and it is unable to connect to my Wi-Fi. My router is an Archer C50 from TP-Link, but I don't know if the problem is with the laptop or the router. Currently, my Samsung and my older Dell laptop is connected to the Wi-Fi without issues, but my new HP Laptop only says "Unable to connect to this network" after a few seconds. This is the same for both the 2.4G and 5G versions.
But as my HP Laptop can connect to my mobile hotspot I don't know where the problem is. And yes, I have obviously restarted both my laptop and my router multiple times and there is no obstruction as they are about 30 cm aways from each other when I try to connect them. I have also successfully reinstalled the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 and the Bluetooth with no change. And not sure if it is helpful but I have also installed all available updates for Windows 10.
Any help is much appreciated.

Refer to this article for the steps to follow: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000059081/wireless.html
I recommend updating your wireless driver to the most recent version with this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html
After that, you may need to adjust some settings: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024678/wireless.html
This is because the issue could be caused by old drivers or incorrect settings. If the issue is still the same, you can share your ssu logs so we can check your system configuration. Here’s the link on how to do it: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008563/ethernet-products.html
