Hello, I have the HP gaming desktop 580-023w which has built in wireless Intel wifi however when I click the wifi icon to select the wireless network it does not show any available networks. I plug in a usb wifi adapter and can see all networks normally

  1. Since this is HP laptop, better place is to ask this question in HP support.
  2. Did you installed the WLAN driver ? https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-power-580-000-desktop-pc-series/16425610/model/17345625
  3. Is your WiFi turned ON? Please refer to user guide, pages 20 and 7: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06366166
