Hi, I recently bought Intel® Centrino® Advanced–N + WiMAX 6250 in order to replace my old wireless card in my dell studio 1558 laptop. After putting in the card and connecting cables, connection icon says not connected. I tried installing drivers from intel website but it still doesn't work. Can anybody help me to get this to work?

We recommend contacting the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to determine which product is approved for use in your computer since only your system manufacturer is entitled to provide the list of validated and certified adapters that are compatible with your system and the proper means to do the hardware exchange for you.
Your system is currently certified with the FCC in compliance with the International Special Committee for Radio Interference standards for radiated and conducted electromagnetic interference, installing any other adapter might void this certification.
