I don't know if this is caused by the wlan card...… going on the assumption that the info in the video is correct
I have 4 identical laptops....I will be testing with them swapping wlan cards tomorrow
I have win10 on the m6400 now and there are no win10 drivers on the dell site or the intel site that I have found so far
is there a newer card I can put in that is compatible with win10
these are listed on the intel site, if one of these is the same form factor will it work possibly?
Note: The following products support only 64-bit version of Windows 10.
- Intel® Wireless-AC 9461
- Intel® Wireless-AC 9462

Regarding the Wireless card upgrade, the best recommendation at this time is for you to contact the respective system manufacturer since the wireless integration for laptop adapters is subject to regulatory approval due to FCC or similar local regulations. Only the system manufacturer is entitled to provide the list of validated cards that are compatible with your system.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other question or concern.
