I am using ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. FX503VM. My problem is my Wireless-AC 8265 keeps dropping

The drivers I am using are as follows:

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10

Installed Version: 21.50.0.1

Manufacturer: Intel Corporation

Driver Date9/6/2019

Device Id: USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B&REV_0010

 

Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265

Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

Installed Version: 20.70.13.2

Device Id: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24FD&SUBSYS_00108086&REV_78

 

Any updated fix for this problem ?

Use the drivers provided by Asustek.

Doc,   Thanks for immediate response.   Originally installed are Asustek drivers but WiFi kept dropping. When I turned to Microsoftcommunity about this “dropping” problem, it was suggested that I upgrade to thelatest  Intel driver version which I did about TWO weeks ago.Still, the problem persist. Microsoft should stay with OS support.

Are you using a wireless mouse and/or keyboard?

 

If so, you may want to set your 8265 connection to the 5ghz band.

 

Also, your phone numbers are unnecessary and you should remove them.
