I can’t see my new network

Hi,
I just got a new wifi router (KAON CG3000T, WiFi6 certified) in order to get quicker internet. Unfortunately, my laptop can’t see it. Every other device works just fine. I tried connecting the laptop through ethernet, and it works, so it must be the network card. I have the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. Please help me, I can’t use the laptop with the ethernet cable since it’s in a really incomvienient place, and i need it to work as quickly as possible.

You need the final drivers released for this (discontinued) adapter. They introduced support for interop with WiFi6 routers.

Unfortunately, Intel is no longer providing downloadable drivers for these older adapters (hell, for anything discontinued). Luckily, I saw this coming and archived the final drivers across the gamut of older adapters. I set up a share where people can download these drivers. Use this link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtacZBU04mo-j-tQ34BdSDv6y1BFsg?e=7gn50T to access my archive. Subfolders provide drivers specific to the adapters named in the subfolder name.

Hope this helps,
