I have a Dell Inspiron 5567 Windows 10 with Intel dual band wireless AC 3165. This is limited to link speed 433/433 mbps. Can this adapter be updated to allow greater speed?

If Dell can support it, you can upgrade to the Intel WiFi 6 AX200 module, which supports Wireless-AX 2400Mbps.
