I have an iBuyPower Revolt that is currently running Windows 10 and has an MSI MS-3871 inside. I consistently find no wifi networks available, even when there are many that are seen by other devices. I can't remember the last time a wifi network showed up (it has happened less than 1% of the time).
I checked internally to make sure everything is connected properly. I looked on the Intel site for potential driver updates but couldn't figure out if anything was applicable to this product.
