I'm looking for Transcede T31xx SDK (PHY communication library)

I have board with Transcede T3150 chip and LTE RF module. I'm looking for SDK with headers and API description for SHM library. The board have PHY layers tools, which provide a SHM interface and I don't know how to connect PHY with my MAC layer
